We are a medium-sized company that has been successfully operating in the fire pump industry for over 50 years, serving a large national and international customer base.

We are known for our innovative products, high quality standards, reliability, and professional, expert collaboration with our customers.

We are looking to expand our test bench team in Karben and are seeking a:

Technical Product Designer / Technical Draftsman (m/f/d)

Your job

  • Creating and maintaining technical drawings, bill of materials, and documentation
  • 3D modeling and detailing of components and assemblies (CAD)
  • Assisting the design team with technical specifications
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as manufacturing, purchasing, and project management

Your profile

  • Completed training as a technical product designer or technical draftsman, or a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on machine systems and design, or design and product development
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in creating complex CAD drawings
  • Proficiency in CAD software and PLM systems (preferably Autodesk Inventor)
  • Technical understanding and a precise, structured approach to work
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Language skills: German C1/C2, English B1/B2
