Antifrogen Systems
Antifreeze systems are fully automatic filling and pressure maintenance units for extinguishing water circuits at risk of frost.
For fire extinguishing water circuits at risk of frost.
In order to protect wet sprinkler systems from the effects of frost, the wet lines can be filled with antifreeze. Our long-life antifreeze systems are designed precisely for this purpose. They safely and cost-effectively supply up to ten extinguishing water circuits independently of each other with the specified pressures.
The desired forestry protection agent storage volume depends on the pipe network volume and can be between 1 m³ and 60 m³. We supply matching storage tanks with all the necessary connections and fitting equipment.
Safety pressure relief devices provide overpressure release for each extinguishing water circuit and prevent inadmissible pressure increases due to the effect of temperature. Our units are completely wired and piped and undergo an extensive and recorded test run on the test stand prior to delivery.
We are a system supplier and a problem solver with VdS approval.
Example glycol pump unit for 4 extinguishing water circuits and storage tank volume up to 8m³.

- Single or batch
- Matched to the thermal requirements of the pump unit
- Air supply louvre completely adjusted and set with contact protection grille
- Weather protection louvre made of extruded aluminium profiles with bird protection screen and fixing flanges

Including complete control and fuse protection from the diesel control cabinet, consisting of:
- Power circuit for supply air louvre
- Control unit for opening and closing the blinds
- Test device for function test of the louver
- Control of the extract air fan via room thermostat, mounted on the diesel switch cabinet
