Essential for Fire Protection.
Sprinkler systems are usually equipped with two pumps, a main fire pump and a small but robust pressure maintenance pump. This jockey pump, as it is called according to NFPA nomenclature, efficiently and cost-effectively maintains a constant pressure in the fire suppression system.
As a compact unit on a base frame with:
- Jockey Pump according to specification
- Electric drive protection class IP 55
- Flexible coupling and coupling protection
- Switchgear with H-O-A switch and timing mechanism
- Diaphragm pressure vessel
- Pressure switch connection according to NFPA
- Completely assembled and wired ready for operation, including power wiring to the electric actuator, shut-off device on the suction and discharge side as well as non-return valve in the discharge side
