In the case of the supply of diesel tank systems to be installed separately from the diesel-engine driven pump unit, the question of proper design and selection of suitable fuel piping in accordance with the applicable regulations has recently arisen more and more frequently.
Often, the company commissioned with the installation is not in possession of the required WHG 19 I approval. The fuel piping must be made before commissioning and poses significant problems for some installation companies. From now on, fuel piping can be offered as a complete service package by our commissioning staff. A standardised length of 10 metres is the basis for the complete installation between diesel engine and fuel tank. Only stainless steel pipes V4A (1.4571) are used. The package consists of all forming, connecting and fastening parts. Out-of-step protection required for the pipes laid on the floor must be provided by the customer. A leakage test is carried out after installation. Installation is carried out immediately prior to and in conjunction with commissioning by Holzhauer-Pumpen field service, with all service trucks equipped with the necessary special tools and fittings.
