To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated student assistant in the area of financial accounting and controlling. If you are interested in accounts payable and accounts receivable management, master data maintenance, inventory posting, and assistance with year-end financial statements, then you’ve come to the right place!
Your job
- Assistance with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable entries
- Maintenance and updating of master data
- Assistance with posting inventory counts in the system
- Assistance with year-end closing
- Working in the ERP system
- Creating analyses and reports in Excel
Your profile
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in economics, business administration, or a related field
- Good written and spoken German
- Proficiency in MS Excel and, ideally, initial experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and operationally
- IT proficiency and an interest in accounting processes
- Analytical skills and a meticulous work style
- A structured, independent, and goal-oriented work style
- Team player and strong communication skills
