In-Office Technical Order Processor (m/f/d)
Your job
- Technical and commercial management of domestic and international orders and projects (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Technical and commercial review of order specifications; preparation of order confirmations and all order-related documents
- Scheduling and logistical coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitoring of project deadlines and oversight of design and manufacturing
- Compilation of order documentation, including technical documentation and drawings
- Central point of contact for the customer throughout the entire project
Your profile
- Completed technical training, ideally supplemented by an advanced qualification
- Solid understanding of technical and business processes
- Several years of experience working with technical products, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
- Willingness to take on responsibility and ability to work independently
- Good English skills and proficiency with MS Office
- Good knowledge of the ERP system (ProAlpha) is desirable
