In-Office Technical Order Processor (m/f/d)

Your job

  • Technical and commercial management of domestic and international orders and projects (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Technical and commercial review of order specifications; preparation of order confirmations and all order-related documents
  • Scheduling and logistical coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Monitoring of project deadlines and oversight of design and manufacturing
  • Compilation of order documentation, including technical documentation and drawings
  • Central point of contact for the customer throughout the entire project

Your profile

  • Completed technical training, ideally supplemented by an advanced qualification
  • Solid understanding of technical and business processes
  • Several years of experience working with technical products, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Good English skills and proficiency with MS Office
  • Good knowledge of the ERP system (ProAlpha) is desirable
