We are a medium-sized company that has been successfully operating in the fire pump industry for over 50 years, serving a large national and international customer base. We are known for our innovative products, high quality standards, reliability, and professional, expert collaboration with our customers.
We are seeking a candidate for a permanent position to start as soon as possible:

Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Do you think proactively, question processes, and want to drive things forward? Do you enjoy customer contact and have an interest in technical products? If customer focus is just as important to you as your own contribution to the company’s success, then we should get to know each other.

Your job

  • Preparing quotes for the entire Holzhauer Pumps product portfolio, including cost estimates, negotiating orders, and promptly following up and tracking them by phone
  • Reviewing quotes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines
  • Further developing and optimizing sales and quoting processes
  • Managing assigned existing customers
  • Supporting new customer acquisition in collaboration with the sales team and advising customers on products and services
  • Serving as the point of contact for inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal departments

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with a technical focus (e.g., industrial clerk, technical sales representative, or similar), or a successfully completed bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
  • Sales experience in internal sales, ideally in a technical environment or plant engineering
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technical and business contexts
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured, independent, and responsible work ethic
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems is desirable
