Room air accessories and unit frames for low-noise operation.
Room air accessories in special “SCHALLEX” design.
Exhaust fan with silencer specially matched to the sound spectrum of the unit:
- Insertion loss, nominal width and length according to local specifications
- with wall mounting flange made of hot-dip galvanised sheet steel with fixing holes
- Exit side with mounted overpressure louver
- Including fixing claws for ceiling suspension
- On the inside of the room with mounted exhaust air fan
Supply air louvre with silencer specially matched to the sound spectrum of the unit:
- Insertion loss, nominal width and length according to local specifications
- With wall mounting flange made of hot-dip galvanised steel with fixing holes
- Exit side with mounted overpressure louver
- Including fixing claws for ceiling suspension
- Inside the room with negative pressure louvre
- Weather protection grille made of extruded aluminium profiles and bird protection grille with fixing flanges, loose, for installation from the outside in the wall opening
Version SCHALL-EX for structure-borne sound insulated installation of the unit
- wWith prefabricated steel foundation made of sectional steel, electrically welded and hot-dip galvanised in a full bath
- For structure-borne sound insulated installation on a suitable load-bearing floor slab
- With elastomers in Shore hardness 25 – 60 as required
- Including 2 sets of fixing accessories type “A” for fixing the prefabricated foundation to the base plate
Note:
When using the SCHALL-EX version, we recommend our VdS pump connection assemblies of type 2 for connecting the suction-side and pressure-side piping to the pump.
