Reliable test results
Before delivery, all fire pump units undergo extensive testing by qualified personnel according to standardised specifications. On our test stand, we can run flow rates up to 2,500 m³/h at a maximum operating pressure of 20 bar.
All measuring and testing devices are state-of-the-art and are calibrated regularly. A fully autonomous electrical supply with a continuous power of 315 kW at 50 and 60 Hz mains frequency is available at the test stand. All pump types from our standard product range with electric and diesel drive can be tested.
The different test stations are adapted to the respective power ranges of the units and the type of drive. Long-term tests can also be carried out on request.
The approval tests can be inspected and observed by our customers or authorized third parties as well as by national or international approval organizations at our facility or remotely.
