With the opening of our new production hall in May 2008, we have now managed to increase our production area to 1500 m². Our base frame and pipe manufacturing is connected to our ERP system, data transfer is via fibre optic cable with our central server. State-of-the-art manufacturing technologies enable economic and efficient production processes.

An essential part of our production area is completed by a new rack warehouse for semi-finished steel parts as well as new racks in various sizes, which allow for automated operation. This equipment enables the short-term production of base frames from a modular system in high quality and precision for all fire pump units in our production programme. Two modern overhead cranes, each with a maximum load capacity of 3 tonnes, complete the modern equipment. This considerable investment ensures further optimisation of the production processes.
